Garth Melville - Principal

The story begins in 1986 when company director Garth Melville first brought Company Solutions Ltd. into being. Today, Garth is a Chartered Accountant with thirty years experience in commerce, and for approximately half that time has operated as a Chartered Accountant in public practice.

During his time in public practice Garth has worked alongside a wide range of clients and has provided services that cover various advisory roles. These services include (but are not limited to) accountancy, management, commercial matters and taxation.

Over the past 14 years, Garth has been a specialist in the following areas:

• The innovation and advice on structure for all different types of business entity
• Advising on accounting practices to accommodate the commercial and taxation implications for those business structures
• Company formation and the formation of alternative financial entities.

Garth is a director of several companies and - being of course a believer in his own product - has three family trusts, the first of which was formed in 1981.
