Tailor
made companies
Tailor made companies are for those
with a little more time available however this
type of company only takes a matter of one to
two hours to form. Clients choose their own
name, number of shares and value of each share,
together with the personnel and addresses of
the company. A company is then built around
these choices. All documentation is contained
in a smart loose leaf two ring binder with indices
to separate the contents into the component
parts. Documentation includes - Certificate
of Incorporation, a comprehensive Constitution,
copies of Companies Office formation documents,
directors and shareholders opening minutes and
a comprehensive Company Register.
