A New Zealand Agency Company which is required to be independent from the principal. This company can act for one or more principal businesses based in a tax free jurisdiction. Many of these tax free jurisdictions have been blacklisted in recent years and as a result the New Zealand Agency Company provides an ideal face to represent principals. Typically an agency agreement would provide for commissions of say between 5% - 10% of the total profit generated and would pay tax in New Zealand on the net profit. The remaining 90%- 95% of the profit is then transferred to the principal, free of any further tax.
