Existing companies currently registered in offshore
jurisdictions other than New Zealand, can be
re-domiciled into New Zealand under provisions
in the Companies Act, providing the company
legislation of the country from where the company
is exiting enables this. No new legal entity
is created.
The existing company gets removed from the
offshore company register simultaneously with
the registration on the New Zealand register.
With many offshore jurisdictions now becoming
blacklisted, New Zealand provides an excellent
future. Click
